The Sarne Brothers, comprised of only Arack Sarne Tavar and Nix Sarne, are the half-nephews of the late Imperial Moff Kentor Sarne. However, Arack and Nix themselves are only half-brothers, sharing the same father. The pair went decades without knowing the other existed or of their relation to Moff Sarne. The eldest, Nix Sarne, was born in 3 ABY and his younger brother wasn't born until Nix was already eight. Despite not knowing of their brothership until 32 ABY, both of the Sarne Brothers were born on Panatha at the insistence of their father, Querlan Yun, who was Moff Sarne's own half-brother.
