Onyx is one of the twin platforms in orbit of the planet Tarthos in the Orian system. The platform serves as one of the two repair and refuelling stations for the Dlarit Navy. Together with the Obsidian the Onyx also provide orbital fire support for the military city of Kar Alabrek and Alabrek Castle on the surface below.
In addition hangar space on the Onyx is always reserved for emissaries from the Dark Council and there are special quarters kept separate from the main Dlarit Navy should representatives from the council be onboard.
