JM3 (Novice/Recruit/Cadet) is the third rank in the Dark Brotherhood, which is awarded after completing the requirements of a JM2 (Apprentice).
It is part of the Journeyman class, the third step down the path to Knight.
The Requirements to be promoted past this rank are as follows:
JM3 to JM4
