Finding the vessel sufficient for his needs, the then Obelisk High Commander decided to keep it for himself, as Spoils of War.
Not being able to fully crew the vessel with a living crew, and finding those not efficient enough, an assortment of droids from the Coratua stashes were reprogrammed to serve as crew for this ship.
