Esen Dulle is a Zeltron Medical Research and Developer at Haevan Research Facility. Previously a Field Medic serving on the Voidbreaker II

Background

On the regular.

Esen grew up on the planet Zeltros. Her older brother got addicted to drugs and alcohol when she was young. Her parents disagreed with this lifestyle and kicked him out. Esen was raised as an only child, as her parents tried to erase him from her life. Despite her parents insistence, she still had contact with him. He would send her letters in the mail, but the messages became less and less frequent until they stopped when she was 16.

Around the age of 18, she met up with Remalia. The young Echani had snuck into the Dulle's cellar, hiding. Esen was the one to find her, heard her story, and vouched for Remalia to her parents. Later on the duo became best friends and ended up traveling together. Esen wanted to go see if she could find her brother, and the last letter led her to the Dajorran system. She didn't have many leads on him, and couldn't find much more info. But she ended up liking Dajorra so much that she decided to stay. She secured her residence by joining the Dajorran Military.

From there she enlisted in the Arcona Armed Forces, which she was in for three or so years.

Battle of Brimstone

She was fighting in the Battle of Brimstone, as a field medic, and got noticed by the Brotherhood and then yoinked into the Arcona roster. She then dragged Remalia with her.

She didn't directly fight, and mainly went out and picked the injured up from the field and rushed them back. She saw a lot of death, despite trying her best to save them. She would sit with those who are dying, offering emotional support, while releasing pheromones to calm them in their last moments. It was very taxing on her, as she could feel their emotions, as well as her own emotions, and death. She was never the same since then as it was her first real experience with a battle, outside of training.

She was added to the crew of House Qel-Droma's Voidbreaker Battleteam for her first assignment, and was given room and board aboard the titular ship. From there she was introduced to the crew. Remalia's assigned master, Doon Sulvir, quickly joined the friend group.

New Travels, New Clan

Doon was hired as the Battleteam Leader for Knights of Allusis, and the trio transferred to Arcona's sister clan, Odan Urr. Eager to explore, the trio stayed in contact, but slightly separated. Doon busy with the Knights, Remalia busy with bounties and jobs, Esen joined medical research and development.

Haeven Research Facility

Under the lead of Primarch, Yuki Suoh, Esen was granted clearance to be employed at the Haevan Research Facility on Solyiat.

From there she has worked hard developing a beta drug to cause enamel of teeth to repair itself, significantly cutting down on the amount of cavities. She worked day in, day out.

There was some side effects... The main one caused the elongation of the cuspid teeth.

Esen kept her head down, and worked on an alternative to this, as her work did improve the enamel. She ended up developing a version of the drug that allows these elongated cuspids to retract at will. Allowing for cosmetic modification. The beta drug is now out to a controlled group of test subjects.

Mental Health Spiral

During her research time, she had not spent much time Remalia. Checking in became less and less frequent. Remalia had been going out on missions. During one mission, things went awry, and Remalia was lost. Esen was informed that Remalia's vital signs had been lost, leaving the Zeltron to believe her best friend of many years had perished.

Esen then hardcore focused on her research, refusing to sleep, or eat much, to avoid downtime to think about the loss of Remalia. She did any and all things to keep her mind occupied. She lost a significant amount of weight, becoming gaunt, and sunken eyed. All her clothes that were custom fit, now loose and draped off her.

After weeks of depression spiraling, she heard that The Last Kaal, a new Cantina in the city of Kaal. From there she met back up with Kerissa, whom she had met before, during one of her endeavors at the Flitz. Kerissa had informed Esen during their meeting that Remalia was in fact alive.

Esen was later invited to a ballroom dance by Knight Commander Doon Sulvir, which she attended. Remalia had somehow found out about the dance, and attended. This was the first time the Zeltron had seen the Echani since learning about her survival.

Best Friends or More?

Esen decided that she never wanted to let her research get between her and her friends. She put through an effort to make time with both the Knight Commander and Remalia.

Remalia and her had been through so much together, and Esen didn't want to lose her again. She confessed her feelings for the Echani, and they were met with apprehension but also efforts to make this relationship work.

Fashion

Esen prefers to wear fatigues and a tee-shirt, keeping it simple, with her hair usually worn up. She also knows to dress for the job, and have different options as well.
