| The Fade Initiative was established to reward Arconans for their efforts in recruiting and retaining future Shadesworn. As rewards for these services, Shadesworn of any rank can earn "Fades", expertly trained soldiers within the Arcona Armed Forces. Fades are loyal to the Shadesworn they are assigned, and not Arcona as a whole. The Fade Program draws from Arcona's Mandalorian Clan and Wilderness Rangers. These NPCs require a stub on your wikipedia page, or their own dedicated page to count for fictions and [[Arcona Contract Bureau]] contracts. Fades are awarded for successfully training a member in Arcona up to Dark Jedi Knight. Your first Fade is a [http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Mandalorian Mandalorian Soldier], with your second being a [http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Wilderness_Fighters Wilderness Ranger]. A third DJK earns a second Mandalorian Soldier, with 4th and 5th DJKs earning Rangers. At the 6th DJK, a third Mandalorian is awarded. Rangers are then awarded from 7+ DJK.
