| | Furios Morega is a Sith Battlelord and the Quaestor of House Karness Muur in Clan Plagueis. Assumedly born on Nar Shaddaa in 11 ABY, Furios was abandoned as an infant and spent his early years in an orphanage only to grow up being influenced by the overwhelming amount of nefarity on the Smuggler's Moon. Growing up there resulted in an aggressive and troubled young man who eventually earned a price on his head. Running from a bounty hunter, he escaped by stowing away on a cargo vessel and found himself on Kapsina in the Jusadih System. Hoping to find protection in the independantly governed Jusadih Military Regime, he unwittingly enlisted in the armed forces of Clan Plagueis. Scouted as a Force-sensitive, Furios Morega found himself joining the Dark Jedi Brotherhood and the Ascendant Clan. |
| ===Before the Brotherhood===
| |
| ====Childhood====
| |
| Furios was born on Nar Shaddaa in the year 5 ABY and left in an orphanage soon after. At the time, all he knew was that his mother was Human and that his father was Epicanthix. Furios grew tired of his life in the orphanage and escaped for a life on the streets. He mainly survived by stealing on Nar Shaddaa with the occasional handouts. Furios was never happy with that life. He would watch the many mercenaries, smugglers, pirates, etc. longing for a life in the vast reaches of space. Always trying to catch a ride on ships leaving the system, Furios was constantly getting pushed back onto the cold street by those that discovered him on thier ships. Despite every bruise, scratch, and even blaster wound he suffered, not a single foiled attempt or night in juvenile halls suppressed his drive for a life in the blackness of space. The young Epicanthix did not leave the planet of Nar Shaddaa until he was 8 years old.

| ====Reaching Space====
| | A dedicated Obelisk in practice, Furios focuses on excelling at combat and strives for perfection in himself and his subordinates. He doesn't lament the dissolution of his former Order in the slightest, though it doesn't change what he is. He has been a loyal member of Clan Plagueis and the Brotherhood for the majority of his adult life, working to improve them both with the same fervor that he uses for himself. |
| It was the year 13 ABY that Furios successfully stowed away on a light freighter. He was discovered soon after but rather than get thrown off the ship to the streets he lived on, the Mirialan who found him, Zian Visz, decided to take Furios under his wing and teach him what he could about the galaxy. Zian had a daughter, Ana Visz, who was just a year older than Furios. Zian was a smuggler and ex-pirate with a deeply ingrained need for a proper legacy. His main reason for not turning Furios away was this need. Despite the fact that his new son was not related through blood, Zian loved him because it was a person who could be his son.

| | (In the Works) |
| In 22 ABY, Zian Visz was killed. There was a small bounty on his head that was enough for a bounty hunter with next to no reputation to take as his first bounty. The Bounty Hunter was almost immediately killed by Furios and Ana. The Hunter didn't even get to recieve the reward. Zian's death left a 17 year old Furios and an 18 year old Ana to fend for themselves in the corrupt galaxy around them. The next four years were spent performing low risk smuggling jobs. Those years were spent on the edge of poverty, with just enough credits for ship fuel. The last of Furios and Anas runs together was a run of Gacerian Gems gone wrong which led to a small fortune of profit for the pair. It was during this run that Furios and Ana discovered thier hidden feelings for each other. Just after they recieved the money, Ana decided to seperate from Furios, leaving him on Coruscant with nothing but 25,000 credits, just enough to buy a ship. | |
| | |
| ====Years Spent Alone====
| |
| Furios used the money from the Gacerian Gem Run to buy himself a light freighter and began smuggling for himself. He did not do well as a smuggler and earned a few enemies along the way. Years passed. Half of them were spent doing small smuggling runs and the other half of the years were spent running from bounty hunters and rivals. It was a rough life and he could only do so much without Ana. It was during this time that Furios was given the scar across his neck.

| ===The Dark Jedi Brothrhood===
| |
| ====The Beginning of the Brotherhood====
| |
| Furios was without Ana for seven years before joining the Brotherhood in 33 ABY. The Epicanthix began his last smuggling run departing from Coruscant. Carrying a shipment of spice to Manaan, Furios did not notice the bounty hunter following him from the city below. The shot hit and partially damaged his engines while he was inputting coordinates for his first jump. In a panic, Furios engaged the hyperdrive without using his navi-computer. The Scoundrel's Sorrow entered hyperspace, burned out its engines and dropped out of hyperspace in about 20 minutes. Without working engines, Furios crash-landed on Kapsina. Only the small bridge was still in one piece and this time, Furios did not have the ability to repair his ship. It was lucky enough that he managed to survive. He abandoned it in the desert and began the three day journey through the barren land surrounding Ellesmeria until he reached the city. Not knowing whether the bounty hunter was still following him or not, Furios made an attempt to stay hidden by enlisting in the Jusadih Military Regime. The testing this operation gave before acceptance was longer than Furios had expected and lasted almost 3 days. With no idea what was happening, Furios was taken to Antei for acceptance into the Dark Jedi Brotherhood and what was Clan Plagueis at the time.

| ====Disorder and The Taking of Si'Tilk====
| |
|
| |
| Furios participated in the Rites of Supremecy known as Disorder in 33 ABY. A mere Guardian, Furios managed to pull almost 50 Clusters of Fire out of the Order based vendetta as well as 5 Seals of Defiance. Furios didn't win any competitions, but the awards he did get contributed greatly to his promotion to Jedi Hunter.
| |
| | |
| The following year, Furios participated in The Taking of Si'Tilk, the House Plagueis Reboot. Half way through the event, Furios was captured by the Yuuzhan Vong along with another member, Cassandra El'Sin. Both Plaguians were put through the Embrace of Pain by the Crusaders of Yun Harla. The experience left him with many scars that create a swirling pattern around his shoulders and neck. During this event, Furios earned two Crescents with Sapphire Stars and one with an Emerald Star. these exploits led to the promotion of Dark Jedi Knight.
| |
| | |
| ====Primus Pilus====
| |
| After the Taking of Si'Tilk, Furios had to spend a few months away from the Brotherhood. Once Furios made his return, he saw the disarray and chaos throughout the Jusadih System as his allies began to struggle amongst themselves for power. With Kal's departure from the Plagueian throne, many factions rose up to in attempts to take power from one another as well as the unstable Summit. Furios was one of the many Plagueians that saw this as a problem and one of the few that were brave enough to do something about it. Teaming up with Unus Domus, Mograine, and other Plagueians, he joined the vigilante group that would later become Battleteam Primus Pilus. Throughout Primus Pilus' development, Furios played key roles in every operation, ensuring him the position of Flight Leader Superior once Primus Pilus became an official Battleteam under House Plagueis. He is currently still Flight Leader Superior.

| Furios is a younger Dark Jedi Knight who has tendencies to over extend himself in battle. He is eager to participate and usually offers his services to his House. A number of people in House Plagueis look to him for advice even though he feels that he cannot help the same way others can. Furios' confidence in his abilities is substantial in all but leadership in which he thinks he is not yet ready. | | Furios is still relatively young, headstrong, and easy to provoke. His past has shaped him into an aggressive person who occasionally lashes out at his allies and subordinates when he is anything but content. When sated, he is a very calm and cold individual, who mostly shows jovility when drinking with his apprentice Azmodius Equesinfernum. |

| His past has shaped him into an aggressive person as well, occasionally lashing out at his friends and allies when stressed. Furios is also easily stressed when things go badly. This stress often leads to heavy alcoholic consumption and/or aggressive tendencies. When calmed, he is a very calm and cold individual. When stressed, very few things have the power to stop him without force. One thing that will change his mood is the Reactor Core, a mixed drink that he is very fond of. | | His ever-growing strengths only refine his anger as it's funneled into damage he inflicts when provoked. Although his temperament is volatile, his use of it to fuel and augment himself and his abilities is key to his goals in combat perfection. He also has his strongest ties to Clan Plagueis as they took him in when he needed it the most and have fostered his talents with the dark side of the Force since his initiation. |

| Physically, Furios is in a good position and due to his heritage, he does not appear as old as he actually is. His muscle structure is excellent due to the high metabolic rate all Epicanthix have. The only thing that hides his race from others is the pale blonde hair that he inherited from his mother. The Epicanthic folds that characterize his race are intensely receded through his mother's traits. He also has bright green eyes that glow while using the Force and dull as he tires. Over time, Furios has developed a number of scars from the many battles he's fought for Plagueis. The most prominent of these is a swirling pattern of scars that cover the back of his neck as well as the majority of skin on his shoulders and upper back. These scars were otained from the Embrace of Pain during the Taking of Si'Tilk. His other prominent scar came from having his throat slit in his years before becoming a part of the Brotherhood. | | Physically, Furios is tall, laden with wiry, toned muscle, and due to his heritage, does not appear as old as he actually is. | ==Powers and Abilities==
| |
| ===Lightsaber Skill===
| |
| Furios is an adherant of Soresu, the third lightsaber form. He decided to start with a highly defensive form in the hopes of being well equipped to train in Vaapad and to eventually achieve his goal of learning Juyo. Not particularly patient as a person, he will often grow tired of using his lightsaber for defense and will often revert back to Balanth in order to take a more offensive position or else change to combat through his Echani knives or fists.
| |
|
| |
|
| ===Force Powers===
| |
| Furios keeps a number of Fore powers in his arsenal. As an Obelisk, most of them have to do mainly with combat and he forgoes powers such as Primal Sympathy and Instinctive Piloting that have little to do with his combat skills.
| |
|
| |
| ===Hand-to-Hand Combat===
| |
| As an adherant of Echani, Furios prefers to strike at nerves and arteries in order to cause more pain and damage to his opponents. With his martial art skill so exclusively focused on Echani, Furios will almost always bring two Echani knives to a fight. The only other martial art he regularly employs is Jakelian, but only when he is forced to take a more defensive approach to combat.
