| One of the Free Companies of [[starwars:Mandalore_(planet)|Mandalore]], Ge'tal Gaan are among the premiere [[starwars:mercenary|mercenary]] organisations in the galaxy. Their success stems from their state of the art technology, willingness to take on nearly any job and their charismatic leader, [[Arcona-Week2#Alor'verde Mav Ordo|Mav Ordo]]. The Ge'tal Gaan deviate from the standard concept of a mercenary group with their fundamental loyalty to the Mandalorians [[Starwars:Clan Ordo|Ordo]] and their reverence for [[Starwars:Canderous Ordo|Canderous Ordo]] (Mandalore the Preserver/''Te Taylir Mand'alor''). Although Ordo loyalists, Ge’tal Gaan are not necessarily restricted to that clan; it is fair to assume that most Ge’tal Gaan are indeed of the Ordo Clan, however, they do accept others from different corners of the galaxy.

The Vornskr Battalion is a private military company that’s not officially connected to Taldryan; they lease their equipment from the Clan in exchange for a share of the profits and give Taldryan “preferred client” status, but are otherwise a fully independent mercenary unit that takes its own contracts. Members who are willing to fight for Taldryan but would prefer not to fly the Clan’s colours can serve with the Vornskrs instead. The battalion is led by General Zentru'la under agreement with Chancellor Cassandra Oriana Tyris.
