Ozan Miliet was, at one point, the Premier of The People's New Dawn. Originally a leader who advocated protests and demonstrations to gain support for his movement, he saw his power erode slowly while the New Dawn's operatives and agents either went into hiding or left the planet. His term came to an end when, shortly before the Fall of New Tython, he was found stabbed to death in a Menat Ombo alleyway.
