New Primus Goluud is a city of temples that was ordered built by Bentre Stahoes in 38 ABY. The designation of the Pinnacle Temple is given to the largest of these structures, which serves as a central point in the city. The buildings of this city, meant to house the Massassi population of Sepros, were styled after the temples of old Sith. Specifically and particularly the Massassi temple known as the Great Temple on Yavin IV served as the blueprint for the overall design of structures in the city.

the majority of immigrants reflect the ancient Sith

The name was given to honor the former unit of Clan Naga Sadow, Primus Goluud. The legends concerning Naga Sadow's supposed involvement with the planet of Yavin helped to inspire the decision to build what appears almost as an interweaving web of buildings on the surface of Sepros.

The structures that dot this city vary in size from from the size of the Temple of Darkness to as small as that of a sizable cantina.

The building of the city also saw a renewed interest in bringing new species to the Orian system. The return of the Massassi is particularly of interest in this project. These ancient, Sith people stand as both a reminder and a well-compensated worker caste within Orianite society. Other species, such as the Wookies were also invited to live in the city, but these people were instead content to live in smaller communities nestled across the surface of Sepros.

Very little sets this small 'city' apart from other settlements across the planet, making it little more than a glorified base. Many amenities having been spared in the interest of keeping overall costs down, but some still find some comfort in the more rural living that living in or near the location brings. The exact layout of the city is esoteric to the uninitiated on the planet, or to those who do not reside within the borders of New Primus Goluud.

Some gun emplacements have been placed around the central temple, but the further out that a structure or home resides from the central temple, the less protected it is from aerial, extraterritorial attacks.
