Krath Epis Shin'ichi Endymiron Keibatsu a member of Clan Naga Sadow is the Magistrate to the Herald and one of the two founders of the Order of the Black Guard. Shin’ichi was sired by Koji Masurao Keibatsu and born of a lowly house maid only two months after the birth of his half-brother Musashi Daraku Keibatsu. Illegitimate, his very existence brought shame unto the Keibatsu family.
