Juda was born into the Kodiak Mandalorian Clan on Dxun to Jant and Jenica, unfortunately his mother, Jenica died at childbirth leaving Jant to raise the child alone. Jant brought up his first born with a strict regime of combat training and survival techniques in the jungles of his Homeworld.
As the years passed by Juda completed his training tasks with some ease but never excelled like his Mandalorian brethren and was somewhat always pushed into the background by his peers- it wasn’t like the young Neo-Crusader didn’t fit in with his Ner’vod, he just didn’t… shine.
This caused Juda to rebel and constantly cried out for his Mandalore’s attention but to no avail, the young Juda never seemed to stand out.
When Juda reached puberty he slowly began to surpass in his training, his mind and body suddenly felt attuned to his surroundings and always had an overwhelming sense of déjà vu, flashes of imagery would come to Juda telling him of the near future but the young Mandalorian could never act on it.


Confused, he told his father about these feelings who was now riddled with arthritis and becoming a very weak man. Jant told his son to forget about these feelings and to put them to the back of his mind as they’d only lead to trouble.

Juda unwillingly did as his father had said and gradually dismissed the strange senses he was getting. Juda eventually began an apprenticeship as a Medic under a Mandalorian Warrior and left his home planet for the first time to complete his training.

When Juda was eighteen and had completed his training as a fully-fledged Medic he was given news that his father had passed, Juda knew that weakness had consumed his father and immediately returned to his home for the funeral.
Born into the Kodiak Mandalorian clan on Dxun to Jant and Jenica Kodiak. Juda was raised as a traditional Mandalorian, almost solely by his mother until the age of three from where his father took reign and brought up the child in a strict regime of combat training and survival techniques in the jungles of his homeworld.


Underneath his calm, stoic composure was a naive, earnest young man who vowed that he would prove himself exceptional, noticeable, best at something rather than fall into ignominy. Juda met a fellow Ner’vod at his father’s funeral that he hadn’t seen since leaving for his training, the man went by the name of Sashar and had left Dxun to focus on his Force abilities.
Even at a young age Juda shined and excelled in his training, relentlessly pushing his body to it’s limits, never giving in, never retreating, never surrendering. By the age of thirteen the adolescent was ready to take his verd'goten, or coming of age, a trial to test the boy for adulthood, to prove he was a true Mandalorian warrior like his fathers before him.


The Mandalorian saw that Juda had Force aptitude and told him of Galeres, here he could attune his mind to his Force skills and become the warrior he desperately strived to become.
Juda was cast out into the unforgiving jungles of Dxun for a period of three months with just his wit and cunning to keep him alive. It was here that the young Mandalorian would learn of the Force and his connection with it.

While tracking a strayed Maalraas, Juda was attacked by a pack of Dxunian Raptors, with just a quarterstaff he had fashioned out of wood to protect him, the young Mandalorian managed to beat off the aggressors, but not without suffering a vicious laceration across his abdomen.


Upon Juda’s arrival to Galeres he was immediately stationed into the elite unit that was the [[Soulfire Strike Team]]; apparently [[Sashar]] had pulled some strings and got him put into what was the best strike force Galeres had to offer, under the promise that he would train up to become Soulfire’s standard.
The amount of blood that gushed from his front was disturbing as he took refuge in a rotten tree log, for fear of failure Juda willed for the bleeding to stop, praying to Mandalore the adolescent clutched his stomach tightly, urging the pain to dissipate and miraculously the wound began to heal. Alarmed, the Mandalorian jumped in shock, knocking himself unconscious as his head slammed into the roof of the log. Juda awoke several hours later, the laceration almost completely healed. Juda returned to the clan several days later, emerging from the jungle a man and warrior.


Juda had calmed down a lot since being with Soulfire in the sense that he lost the urge to be centre of attention. Soulfire was very closely knit and although it had it's ranking system the team were more of a family, they would provide support, wisdom and knowledge for their brethren. Juda was finally an indispensable asset.

The fall of Antei brought about a tide of changes for the Mandalorian adolescent, mentally and physically. As panic and surprise swept throughout the Clans, Juda successfully made it to the safety of the Shroud, only to be sent back into the fray alongside his wingman and Mandalorian brother, Bendak Kodiak to escort Sashar, [[Kieran]] and Zandro to the VSD [[Vae Victus]].

After witnessing the death of his comrade, Juda succumbed to the dark side and it was the animosity that came with it that caused Juda to survive that day.

Soon after, Juda was appointed Dark Jedi Knight for his actions during the battle for Antei and the young Soulfirian went about constructing his first lightsaber; Dral-Kyr’am. The weapon would be put to the test abruptly after, as Soulfire was sent back into the Antei system on an excursion mission to rescue a band of Dark Jedi who had failed to escape to the Shroud.

The mission was successful aside from Juda’s master, Sashar being captured and briefly tortured before Soulfire could save him, resulting in the Proconsul losing his eyes.

Juda's Soulfire armour is the Assault Trooper range, the only main difference being the helmet. This contains a databank able to hold large ammounts of information on various crafts and how to operate them. This feature can be accessed through the interface on the guantlet.

Juda received his Mandalorian armour at his father’s funeral. When the red-coloured armour first came into Juda’s possession it was heavily dented and scuffed but still turned out to be a snug fit. The only real adjustment Juda made to the suit was a new paint job; he opted for the Mandalorian iron plates to be a dark grey tint but kept the original red-trim. Juda also had the words; ‘Dha Werda Verda a'den tratu’ inscribed across the breastplates. A segment from an old Mandalorian war song meaning; ‘The wraith of the warrior’s shadow’ The only real part of the armour he left untouched was the shoulder-guard, bearing his father's emblem.
 
The weapon’s attached to the suit are minor, a stun-cable launcher attached to the right gauntlet and wristband blades while the left bears a mounted energy shield. The Merr-Sonn JT-12 jetpack was left untouched as Juda believed it would prove most useful for progressing across the battlefield to treat the wounded.

Juda’s rivalry with [[Xathia]] started when the pair were both at the rank of Guardian, they first encountered each other in [[Cafe di Plagia]], an eating establishment on [[Sigil 1|Kapsina]], mainly for the members of Clan Plagueis. Juda was on an infiltration mission for Soulfire and was watching his target from four tables away, whereas Xathia found refuge from law officials who had been on her trail.


Upon entering the café Xathia accidentally ran into Juda’s table, knocking a scolding hot beverage into his lap. An argument ensued resulting in Juda losing track of his target and the pair being kicked out of the café, a skirmish ensued on the streets of Kapsina until Juda was called in for pickup by his Soulfire commander. Having no choice in the matter Juda unwillingly left, but not without issuing a challenge to Xathia.

The pair’s next meeting would be on Antei where their match would be supervised by Dark Jedi Knight [[Sai Na'Ashar Keibatsu]], the conclusion to the fight left the pair suffering from grievous wounds, Juda with a ruptured spleen from Xathia’s signature Litch Blade and fractured nose where Xathia had received three broken ribs. The pair were escorted to their respective Clans via Antei medics and immediately exposed to Bacta Tanks for a number of days.

This settled nothing, however as they would encounter each other once more in the Orian System’s deep space where Juda would use all of his N-1’s personal armament and open fire on Xathia’s TIE Interceptor. The battle ensued for hours until the two accidentally piloted into the Dentavii asteroid belt, Juda’s prized possession was battered by the onslaught of asteroids as Xathia successfully escaped the belt and left Juda for the dead (who later managed to escape himself).

As a lightsaber duellist, Juda has mastered the 5th circle of the third form, otherwise known as Soresu. Although efficient with a blade Juda feels more at ease with a trusty rifle and will usually only activate the Dral-Kyr'am for close-quarters combat or defense against blaster-fire.

A Master and Apprentice

For months Juda was being taught the ways of the Force in secret by Sashar, Soulfire’s Comm/Tech expert at the time, the reason for this was because Sashar already had two apprentices, this alone was an overwhelming task and a third was highly frowned upon.

Nevertheless Juda became more and more attuned with the Force over the passing weeks and constantly impressed his Master. Juda was highly skilled as a ‘seer’ along with having regenerative and healing Force powers, Sashar expects that the red-haired Medic will become a great Force-user.

Juda has a respect for Sashar like no other and is constantly taking his council into notice, and while the Dark-side grasps at Juda at every turn, Sashar’s faithful voice always seems to ease the young Mandalorian to the way of the Grey Jedi.

Upon reaching the rank of Guardian Juda was officially recognized as Sashar’s apprentice. However Sashar found Juda’s connection with the Dark Side worrying. The adolescent began to suffer from outbursts of rage despite his training and confined in his Master the visions he was having of the future, telling terrible tales of animosity and destruction.

With this in mind Sashar proposed to the Summit that he take on Juda as an apprentice for an extended time, until he reached the rank of Obelisk Prelate. This was accepted and Juda was more than happy to have such a wise Master for an extended period.
