Born Sjl Farad'Adas on the planet Shili, Lexiconus is a disciplined and harsh Togruta and Dark-sided Jedi. Raised within the Krath Order of the Brotherhood, Lexiconus was taught how to harness the power of the force. His special talents as a Poisoner and Inquisitor make him well aware of both the Unifying Force, and the Living Force. As only beginning his journey within Clan Arconathis was the foundations of using the Force for his own ambitions. The members of his Clan and House know very well to not be in his debt. Lexiconus currently resides on the Dajorra Mining Faculty, in House Qel-Droma under Master Nikola Valtiere.

Character History

Akul Revolution

In the Northern Scrublands of Shili, there are four main tribes that are Akul Stalkers; Ashaaki, Buerel’Vis, Farad’Adas and the Xan’Thiss. Together they roam and stalk the scrublands for the giant packs of the Akul migration. With the strategy and tactics both saving and hindering their lives, they must commute through the use of Sludge-bats through the days and nights.

One misty winter morning in 15 ABY, the Matriarch of the Farad’Adas tribe was waiting for the morning Sludge-bat at her Victory hill, for 7 hours she waited past it’s arriving time and nothing came. Worried and frantic about her young sister, Tyujii, she marched her tribe north to the last known location of the three tribe’s collaboration. Pych marched her stalkers across to the steep cliff in the north to find vast chimneys of smoke, ash and fire. The entire village was set up in flames, and echoes of children screaming, with the odd laugh from an Akul. Pych was shocked and in horror, her stomach was turned upside-down at the sight of her family in shreds. Part of her craved to slip in alone to rescue survivors, but the Akul would have scented her fear, striking mercilessly. She rushed her tribe back south to Victory hill and mourned for her sister for a month. Her life-partner, Ajl promised his mourning love that he would find the cause of this.

Following that event, Ajl took his best stalkers and returned to the Acropolis, there he found something unexpected. The whole ruin was gone, disappeared in entirety. He blamed the snow for it in the night-time, but there were no mounds, no ruins and no burns or blood. Ajl scoured the area for anything out of place, but found nothing until he reached the cliff-face. There was a cave entrance, nestled between the cracks of the glacier. Knowing it was linked with the odd disappearance, Ajl lead his troops down through the vast tunnel systems. He climbed diamond walls, surfed down perma-frosted waterfalls, and trudged through slush and pure water. He eventually came across a dry, grey room; it was built around an obsidian glass altar, with a blood red cloth. There, the stalkers were confused and before they could act, they were ambushed. Over a dozen Akul launched down and battled the stalkers, followed by a dark, cloaked insectoid. He unleashed his red lightsaber and killed the stalkers, one by one. Ajl luckily escaped in time from the murder and feast, and then fled back south to his tribe. The tales he brought back of a powerful being manipulating the ancient predators sparked his Revolution; A war against the Akul and the cloaked figure. At first, they considered minimising the Akul population to a manageable level, but they concluded that the only way to live in safety was to bring extinction.

The following 3 years were chaos, turmoil and complex politics through the war. One might stipulate that a Togruta couldn’t possibly declare war on a non-sentient being, but they valued every form of life, even if they mourned the death it was final. Then, the Matriarch approached her people with the biggest of smiles and declared her pregnancy, an heir to the Farad’Adas tribe. On the hottest summer day in 21 ABY, Sjl was born, Lord of the Northern Scrublands, 3rd of his name, and Protector of the Tundra. Sjl grew up without the worry of war from his parents; they had not seen or heard from the Akul or the cloaked man in months. Ahk'Ta, they named him, meaning ‘Troll-king’. He was taught by his father how to stalk and hunt the Turu Grazers and the Akul calves. In this, he excelled. Even though his bold colours made him stand out from the other children, the grazers and calves never saw him, such was his almost supernatural skill. He began to put together his own, plated armour from the hides of the grazers, making it with the fur still attached. As he grew into a teen, his parents often questioned why he wanted the plate armour so much, Sjl never answered. But he always came back, gasping for air and clutching some new animal or plant, savage grin splitting his face. He tested his endurance and stamina to the limits, climbing the highest cliffs and trees, chasing down the fastest Sludge-bats, catching them bare handed. Taking down the biggest grazers of the Turu-grass and even dancing with the Akul calves, avoiding their attacks entirely. He even refused to learn Basic Galactic; he liked tradition, and wanted to stay this way.

Invitation to the Brotherhood

One day, in the winter of 34 ABY Sjl was assisting the Ti Canopy Farmers in collecting the Passion Gibbons. He mastered the arts of poison, collecting the certain pollen and sap, mixing and concocting the resin and placing them onto his claws and blow darts. As he was chasing a gibbon from branch to branch, he was clearly losing pace. The prey was escaping, and Sjl wished for the branch to snap up into the gibbon’s face. Astoundingly, as he reached for the gibbon’s leg, a branch immediately flung up and smacked the prey hard, crushing its skull. Sjl almost fell from the canopy after seeing this. Dumbfounded, he inspected the branch and the gibbon’s face for an explanation, finding nothing; it was his fault. He quickly returned the gibbon to the farmer and rushed home, panting and pale. As he told his father about it, he refused to listen anymore, sending his son on a peace trip to the northern tundra. Sjl lay in his tent, quite upset about the whole discussion, but he was awake for another reason. There were footsteps in the snow, about an hour after he collapsed asleep; someone was near. Before he could reach for his blow-darts, he was thrown into the air, his neck strangled tightly by the thick air around him, he was choking and coughing, trying to grip anything by his neck, but it was nothing. He kicked and punched about, in the hopes that something would be struck, but then through the storm a familiar face arrived. Holding his curled hand towards Sjl, the cloaked insectoid came through the storm. All he could say before he became unconscious was “Ahk'Ta”. It seem like years before Sjl came again, but he found himself somewhere different, on a strange bed, blanketed in a metal box.

He couldn’t find his plate armour; he was wearing a warm cloth with a black belt. There was no blow-dart, only a strange piece of technology, called a ‘Padd’. Also, his feet were covered with leather boots. Sjl hated boots. They were not good for climbing, and far more useless for dancing. With curiosity on his mind, he jumped from the high bed and walked out the box, through the strange, automatic door. He walked inside the cockpit, 6 chairs placed to face a window, and for the first time, Sjl saw the Galaxy and all its wonders. His gasp in delight stirred the passengers and the pilot. Next to the pilot was another. He was dressed in a military suit, with short dark brown hair and a straight face. His name was Nikola Valtiere, he was very tall for a human. “Welcome aboard, beast. Sit down, shut it and you will go far.”

Sjl was shocked to then find he had not awoken from sleep, but been in a coma for two years, his Force presence drawing Nikola to him as he hunted another individual. It had been 2 years since the confrontation with the cloaked insectoid, the being informed was a slave trader, who invaded his parent’s village after he was caught and murdered the population. He was offered a choice by the tall man: Learn the powers he had begun to manifest, or be cast out alone. Instantly, he knew what he wanted. Revenge took hold of his heart, and he agreed to be taken to the Shadow Academy, somewhere that others like him could train, and manifest their powers. The powers he could use for revenge. His goals now known to him, Sjl returned to the metal box of a room to sleep, drifting off with thought of vengeance and power running through his mind.

Sjl was blinded once he woke, with sun beaming down onto his eyes and the sounds of raging winds. The smell was not Shili or the Southern deserts at all, but it was similar. As he cautiously stepped out of the Shuttle, the winds tore at him, full of grains and sands. Before he could adjust to the light, Sjl was then escorted quickly inside a large building. It was dark, cold and full of robed people, monitoring and observing his every move, with a high platform. A silhouette of a figure was all he saw. From there, Sjl heard a whisper. He felt it run through his mind as he slept inside the box, but only passively. Now, it was a direct order. Commands, questions, lore. Many things, during this period in the Academy, were demanded from Sjl, the learning curve was dangerously steep. But he trained for this moment his entire life, he reminisced the days of climbing the steep cliffs of the northern tundra, stalking the Passion gibbons, 60 feet high from the ground. Sjl lived for danger, and he encouraged more from this whisper. Day by day, his room mates collapsed from unexpected deaths, yet he thrived for more knowledge. On a spring day in 36 ABY, Sjl and his close friends were lead back into a giant hall, the high platform was empty, no silhouette today, and there was a reason for it. Standing in front of the group, towering above all the professors, students and masters, the Headmaster. He commanded that one student at a time were to approach him, and leave as he ordered to. When Sjl nervously walked the steps, fearfully looking into the darkness of his hood, he was mesmerized. The unknown knowledge of a thousand faces flooded his curiosity. Distracted by a cough, Sjl slowly looked down into the Headmaster’s hand to see three crystals; Red, Blue, Purple. Sjl snatched at the Purple crystal, gazing deep into it’s purity. With a loud roar, the headmaster announced “Krath!”

"The innocent are defiled upon joining."
"I'm still waiting to be defiled then. Or do we have different ideas of what constitutes defiling?"
"Or maybe you were not considered innocent?

Sjl needed a reputation, to cast a tall shadow from a small figure, and to start he wanted a new name. He cast himself as Lexiconus, linking himself to a book of unimaginable knowledge, power and mysteries. He studied hard in his respected fields, conserving his entire time on the fields of Botany; familiar and new. He wanted to know everything he could about the flora of each world, especially the toxic ones. Working with a blow-dart was child’s play, but calibrating and using a long-ranged sniper with a hollow-cased acidic pellet excited him. He attempted to craft his own tools through the Force and finally came to a conclusion. Blow-darts, but wrapped in Meleenium, the darts themselves were of Rudic. Spending his days, monitoring and stalking his fellow students, testing out different contraptions on them and noting down the effects. He climbed his way into his master’s favour, which was about as good as he could get for now. Some of the students called him the Blood-letter, simply because if his toxic darts did not work, you would see blood oozing from any orifice possible.

One night, as Lex was serving as a Protector, he was ushered into a dark room by one of the fellow students. This student was known as an Obelisk bully, he enjoyed cornering other students and violently assaulting them until they gave him more credits. But this time, he had shown Lex a strapped up insectoid on a table, he was struggling for a way out as the bully was describing that his Jedi Knight parents left a very large sum of credits inside the academy, the bully instructed Lex that wanted to know where. Lex at first refused, he could not possibly monitor the outcome of his toxins whilst the victim was immobile. But this bully was informed by other Krath members, the same ones who were in Sjl’s shuttle. Lex hated Geonosians, and this boy was a Geonosian. You could see the shine of Lex’s grin, lighting the room. Within an hour, the boy was willing to tell any secrets, no one heard from the boy since. But, the bully had a new speeder and an R4 Astro-mech.

As a stormy desert night raged onwards on the Lyspair moon, Lexiconus used to sit outside and ontop of one of the many obelisks that darted the complex. There by the orders of Nikola, he would sit and meditate on what he has learnt, re-gaining his body strength by balancing and toughened his mind to keep concentrated through the sand storms. On one of these nights, he sensed a disturbance from the door behind him, that someone was looking for him. It was a human male by the name of Adam Bolera. Adam was instated as the new Apex Brigade Leader and wanted to teach Lexiconus on how to train his body, but the Obelisk way. Intrigued by this newfound knowledge, Lexiconus agreed to training match with the Leader. The resulting match was devastating for Lexiconus, using all his strongest Force Abilities he was still thwarted by simple strength, with a knock to the head Lexiconus understood the use of martial arts. Adam gave the recently promoted Jedi Hunter an invitation to the Dajorra Mining Facility, the cage for the Apex Brigade warriors and a perfect isolation for Lexiconus to study.

The Togruta was also curious on where to find a good Martial Arts Master since not many of the strong Dark Jedi Knights were around Lyspair, and Adam pointed him to the computer of Dajorra. There he strangely found one holocron, a Martial Art form he has not seen used. There, he practiced daily for many hours of what the Holocron taught him about this new body language, and he learnt that the communication between bodies was key. He often thought I could learn more in a few minutes of fighting, than hours of diplomacy and he stuck to this ideal ever since he began training in the Apex Brigade. He now considered himself a strong student in the Martial Art of Echani.

On one cold night in the Dajorra Mining Facility, Lexiconus was as usual practicing his forms when he sensed a familiar being in the Force. Rushing from his room to find Nikola awaiting him and dragged him off into a secluded room. There, Nikola ordered Lexiconus to seek out three Jedi and wipe them out on Dagobah. This was the moment he was waiting for, this was his Trial to Knighthood. Without further notice, Lexiconus packed his things and left for the shuttle. The following trials crushed Lexiconus from the inside, the exotic and strange animals, plants and feelings he sensed in the planet frightened him throughout his trials to search for the Jedi, starved, petrified and eager for escape Lexiconus welcomed Death with open arms in Dagobah. After eventually finding the property his master told him of, the trip inside was far harder than the trip in the swamps. The mountainous trek to the Rebel Base of Mount Yoda was a horrifying site for Lexiconus to experience, with every animal willing to kill you and every other plant just as toxic as the last, the weakened Togruta desperately seeked out the Jedi in the hope of salvation from this planet. After eventually battling Swamp slugs and hordes of Silver-nape beetles, Lexiconus only found the skeletons of the Jedi, A fate better than this place he thought upon. After arriving back in Dajorra to tell his master the news, Lexiconus had grown stronger than before, his anger fuelled he felt ready to face his enemies again with a better chance.
