The Paladin served as the Shadow Academy flagship. Commissioned after the Ninth Great Jedi War, following the destruction of the Arcanum, Paladin took the role of the destroyed ship as not just the Academy’s flagship, but also as an asset to the Dark Council Fleet as a whole. However, since then the Paladin has been transferred to the mighty 6th Task Force. The previous retrofit to accommodate an impressive library and work quarters have been changed to bring the warship back to front-line capacity and standardization with other vessels of its class. Command of the ship was under the complete authority of the Headmaster, although these duties were assumed by the Praetor with confirmed authorization.
