Chris picked up a crude version of the Mandalorian Core during his childhood on the planet Mandalore. Over the years he refined it under the tutelage of his adoptive father until he had nearly mastered it. When he joined the Iron Legion he was taught the Imperial Martial Arts System, which was used as the standard for melee combat. While he's not as proficient in IMAS as he is in Mandalorian Core, he's still quite skilled. Because of the nature of how he fights, he mixes together the techniques of the similar styles.
