The Astronicus' Reach was a Vibre-class Assault Cruiser (VAC) in service to Clan Naga Sadow and acted as the Overlord's personal command ship.
Class info
The Vibre-class "assault cruiser" is a very specialized ship, used exclusively for boarding other vessels. Like Silviut's shuttle design, the Svelte-class, the Vibre-class is small and vaguely beetle-shaped.
Following the cowardly destruction of Imperial I Death Star, Imperial commerce raiders and privateers has become as big a problem for the so-called "New Republic" as Rebel privateers and starfighter raids had been for the Galactic Empire. One of the most effective ships used by Imperial forces in this period is the Vibre-class Assault Cruiser, designed specifically for privateering and introduced shortly before Mon Mothma's resignations as Chief of State.

The Vibre typically uses its stealth equipment to sneak within strike range of larger Rebel capital ships, then pounds the prize with ion cannons and uses cutting lasers to open the other ship's hull. A squadron of Zero-G spacetroopers is then disgorged into the larger ship. They will then within minutes take control of it.
Astronicus' Reach details
The cruiser was awarded to Clan Naga Sadow by the Dark Council after the Sixth Great Jedi War. It was named in behalf of the Clan's founder, Astronicus Aurelius Sadow. Since his return to the Clan, Astronicus has taken command of the Reach and placed House Naga Sadow's former Sith Commander, Ximeno Chal, in charge as it's captain.
The Reach has been modified to accommodate a small shuttle of identical design called a Viper-class Assault Shuttle. Astronicus had the Silviut Corporation build it specifically for Clan Naga Sadow. It can carry up to twelve passengers in addition to its pilot and co-pilot.

Of the missions that it has been used, most notable is the Infiltration of the Jedi Academy on Yavin IV and the Seventh Great Jedi War
It was heavily damaged during the Eighth Great Jedi War
