Silvia Industries, commonly referred to as The Company, was created during the reign of RevengeX Palpatine in 26 ABY. It was originally conceived as a source of income for House Acclivis Draco by utilising Antenora’s own natural resources to sell as lumber. It was given a jump-start by finances produced by RevengeX’s apprentice, Kalak Ragnose, from his own company, named the Occidus Corporation. In 29 ABY, under the guidance of Quaestor Timbal Palpatine and the rest of the House Summit, the company grew and is now divided into three divisions. The company’s HQ is a large building in the Nazzri system where all administration takes place.

Dendron Lumber Company

Offering several different types of wood, Dendron Lumber Company takes wood directly from Antenora and cuts it into manageable batches in one of 5 factories, all on Antenora. From there, Verus Transport moves it to the Nazzri system. It is mainly worked by droids with a little assistance from a few Wookiees for some heavy work.

Abor Furniture Ltc.

Wood taken from Dendron Lumber Company is taken to a range of facilities depending on what the wood is. The wood is then shaped and upholstered in a separate building and then sold either in stores, or over the HoloNet.

Verus Transport

Due to the need to keep the location of Antenora hidden, Silvia Industries created Verus Transport, a shipping firm that takes lumber and furniture to the Nazzri system. Most contractors collect it from there; however, Abor Furniture maintains a large furniture store on Empress Teta where quality furniture is appreciated, comprising an important market for the company.

• 1 x Space Master-class medium Transport
• 1 x Simiyiar-class light freighter

Silvia Industries maintains a Security Force of 30 Clone Wars vintage B2 Super Battle Droids spread over company buildings + 2 B2 Super Battle Droids on every transport. An additional sentient security force of 100 is primarily composed of Rodians and Humans, with a smattering of Weequays.

Whilst a lot of the money coming into Antenora is obtained by legal means, a portion of it is less than legal. Silvia Industries maintains a front organisation that holds 10 casinos on Coruscant and 4 on Nar Shaddaa.

Company Hierarchy

House Summit

Quaestor - Majority stock shareholder: The current Quaestor is given a controlling interest in Silvia Industries when they are appointed in their position. Additionally, they are given controlling interests in the other sub-companies.

Aedile - Secondary majority shareholder: The current Aedile is given a secondary controlling interest in Silvia Industries, outnumbered only by the amount of stock owned by the Quaestor. They are given stock to ensure that the House does not lose their control over the company.

Roll Master - Controller: Via a generic fabricated identity, the Roll Master is responsible for keeping close tabs on the finances of the company, as well as approving major purchases and working out the budget. It is up to them to alert the rest of the Summit in case of any financial troubles.

In addition, the senior Senator and the junior senator are given a 5% stake each. They are entitled to attend any meetings that relate to the company.

Other Employees

Finance Department - Silvia Industries employs several Muun to manage the company’s finances.

H. Resources Department – The head of this department is a female Zeltron, Ocromi. She is an expert in her craft and was instrumental in the company’s initial build-up. For quick resolutions to internal crisis, she is always the one that is called in.

Marketing Department – Silvia Industries was able to get a hold of a pair of Squibs, experts in the ways of marketing and sellers. They are now in charge of Marketing Department.

Security Department – The head of this department was personally appointed by RevengeX Palpatine. Ragayufff, a former Trandoshan mercenary encountered the Krath before RevengeX joined the Brotherhood. He later became RevengeX’s go-to guy when he need weaponry or someone to watch his back. When Silvia Industries was created, he was RevengeX’s first choice.
