Ashura has been a member of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood since 2/1/2005.

Characters

  • Ashura Isradia - This is my core character, his early history before joining the DB has been retconned to remove anything about him being a Jedi Knight, as its over used and I wanted him to be a little more unique.
  • Alector Isradia - This is my next gen character. This version only exists in the DB, while in the canon of Vardor he's more developed.
  • Sakura Haruno - This non-playable character I created to take part in a Master/Apprentice Run-On; she original was only created for this purpose. However, I had a chance to develop her more, and now she is a Disciple of Sadow. Her future in Clan Naga Sadow is going to be an interesting one, and she is going to become a character that members of the Clan will never forget. No spoilers.
  • Aleho Ruoxf - This is my newest non-playable character. Leho is the apprentice of Ashura, she is a next gen character (meaning she was born in the DB and didn't join). At the moment there is still a bit of development to do on her.

Lightsaber Form: Bandit

Explanation

This is an adapted style of gaming more commonly known as the "loser’s style" of fighting, but not because its purpose is to loss. It is mainly focused for disabled gamers with only a right hand, and alternates between the keyboard and mouse. It is more about gaining experience than anything else.

Bandit focus more on anticipating the opponents attacks by performing predictable moves, and then countering. It also throws in as many unpredictable attacks as possible, and uses the environment against the opponent (e.g. wall run). It is to be solely used in 1v1 duels, and does not perform well in CTF. This style of fighting is for gamers who are not fussed about winning or losing, and just out to have a good time.

Grip

Keyboard:

  • Right hand side arrow keys (forwards, strife left, strife right, backwards)
  • Right hand side Ctrl (attack) [press and hold continuously while using arrow keys]
  • Spacebar (jump)
  • Letter C (crouch)

Mouse:

  • Left mouse button (attack)
  • Right mouse button (forwards)
  • Spacebar (jump)
  • Letter C (crouch)

Stance

Medium lightsaber combat style (yellow) is to be solely used.

Striking

Bandit uses more lightsaber combination attacks, then special moves (which are used mainly in a crunch)

Defence

This is where special moves really come into play, as they are used for parrying and feint attacks. During lightsaber locks, Ctrl and F1 are to be rapidly pressed to break the lock.

Requirements

Jedi Academy is the main gaming platform for Bandit to be used in, as it makes use of the duel saber to allow for a 360 degree killing zone. Two handed and single sabers can be used, although not to the full effectiveness of a duel saber. Jedi Outcast and Jedi Knight are the weaker games for Bandit to be used in and focus mainly on using the mouse then the keyboard.
