Nergil Chase was a borderline-psychotic madman who loved killing prostitutes and believed himself to be an all-powerful wizard... despite frequently being told he wields the Force. Nergil is from a backwoods planet and has strange ideas and views, most of which form the basis of his crazy antics.
Biography
he was born 100 years ago or whatever. Was a badass "wizard" who fell to the dark side trying to impress his fiancée's father. Then he was in stasis for a long time. Awakened a few years back and joined a circus where he performed his "magic". Went on a prostitute killing spree and became hunted by the NJO across nine systems.
