Sanguis Caldiren is a Sith Maurader dating from the Republic era who now serves the Empress of Scholae Palatinae after having awoken from cryo-sleep. Once a soldier of his Sephi homeworld who later was forced into the life of a Sith after being captured and experimented on by the Sith of old, Sanguis is now a Sith only loyal to Shadow Nighthunter and her sons, Artorias Tarsus and Deus Tarsus. However, due to his past experiences from Sith experimentation with alchemy and sorcery, he struggles with an affliction that Shadow is currently trying to help him overcome.
