| === Technocratic Guild Presence ===
| |
| | |
| As per early scouting reports, the Technocratic Guild is a secretive organization that closely guards their most treasured items. They have a heavy presence on the planet Nancora, which is what helped lead Inquisitor's to finding it's location. This possessiveness has led them to build massive fortified structures with infiltration alarms and sensor systems designed to identify any and all intruders. Automated turrets, automated droid patrols, energy cages, stun gas, and a host of methods can be expected.

The Collective is a powerful organization that has risen to not just challenge, but to eradicate the Dark Brotherhood. In the name of equality for all, they will stop at nothing to see the Brotherhood and its cadres of powerful Force-users wiped from the face of the galaxy.

The Three Pillars
As reflected in the iconography of their organizations emblem, the three pillars of ‘’’The Collective’’ represent the three distinct factions that have united under the charismatic vision of Rath Oligard and his Liberation Front. Both The Technocratic Guild and Capital Enterprises follow the the lead of their central pillar while each maintaining their own unique motivations and machinations.
The Liberation Front
- Main article: The Collective: Liberation Front
At the center of these three pillars sits Rath Oligar’s Liberation Front. This faction views themselves as the revolutionary spirit of the Collective, the ones who are truly committed to Oligard’s vision of equality for those who lack the powers of the Force. Comprised of soldiers, saboteurs, and militia-like recruits, they are the survivors of the galaxy and the heart and soul of the Collective.
Capital Enterprises
- Main article: The Collective: Capital Enterprises
Capital Enterprises are the financial and tactical backbone of the Collective. While they believe in Rath’s vision and agree that Force User’s need to be purged from the Galaxy, mostly because of how easily they can interfere in politics and economics. Capital Enterprises has their own motivations and goals, but understand they can’t do it on their own without the other two pillars.
The Technocratic Guild
- Main article: The Collective: Technocratic Guild
The Technocrats are a band of ruthless and efficient mercenaries that have united under the leadership of an unknown Guildmaster after the assassination of Daggo Mouk. Each member of the Technocratic Guild has had their body augmented or altered with cybernetic enhancement, making them uniquely up for the task of taking on even the most powerful Force Users. Some of the members are true believers to Rath’s vision, but ultimately they are the branch of the Collective that produces all the weapons, gears, and modifications to the ships. Much like Capital Enterprises, they believe that Force User rule is a deterrent to their expansion and feel the threat should be eliminated from the Galaxy. They had been formerly subjected to Imperial rule for decades and have since gone independent, and believe that being a part of The Collective is the best way to keep it so.
Former Stronghold: Nancora
The Inquisitorius has identified the Collectives stronghold on the planet Nancora.
Following the conclusion of the Twelfth Great Jedi War, Nancora has been abandoned by the Collective, leaving the battle-scarred planet a shell of its former activity.
The Collective Forces
The Collective has both a powerful naval fleet and stolid ground forces. While not a full report, this is the data the Brotherhood received from advanced reconnaissance.
Navy
Flagship
Captain: Colonel Sul Pahlee
The Dreadnaught-class Skylla serves as the Collectives current flagship. Combined with Rath Oligard's deep understanding of the Iron Navy, it is the heart and soul of the destructive force that is the Collective fleet.
Rose Squadron
Captain: Emery Rose
The leader of the Skylla’s best squadron is captained by its best pilot. It is said that Emery Rose has never been forced to eject from her craft. Her record in dogfights is allegedly flawless. With her hand-picked “Rose” Squadron at her side, Emery is one of the most talented fliers to ever defect out of the First Order, and is said to rival the renown Poe Dameron. The Collective starfighter wings have rallied around Rose’ call to arms to destroy every last Brotherhood aircraft in their path.
Suicide Bomber Tactics
The Collective has been brutal and relentless in their use of modified Quadrijet spacetugs that are packed with explosives and helmed by living pilots to maximize damage.
Ground Forces
Collective Crews
While not as prominent as the soldiers that comprise the Collective forces, the various crews and strike-teams that have formed within the Collective ranks vary in their specializations and operational functions.

Ling Dao
|
Roster:
- Wayv Sine - Technocrat Engineer
- Kabir Siad - Technocrat Huntress
- Kam Faer - Technocrat Soldier
- Arhet Cetpek - Capital Enterprise Agent
Background/History: As the brainchild of Liberation Front Guard Officer Ling Dao, Trill squad is built around the idea of integrating the Three Pillars of the Collective into one cohesive unit. By combining the varied talents of these very different sub-units into one, Trill Squad is able to take on a wide variety of highly sensitive missions on behalf of Rath Oligard and his leadership team. This squad was formed as a response to the incursion of the unified Dark Jedi Brotherhood clans onto the Collective homeworld of Nancora, partially as a test to see if more coordinated larger scale operations between the Three Pillars might be possible in the future. The high-level leaders of the Collective have their eyes on Trill Squad as a possible proof of concept.
Additional Information: Trill Squad takes its name from the letter in aurebesh writing system. Dao felt that the letter "trill" had the look of three separate pillars being unified into one. The team itself is new and has not undertaken many missions yet as a unified strike-team. As a group newly formed there is internal squabbling in regards to the best way to approach a mission, but the squad is always unified in their loyalty towards the Collective. Dao, as the leader, provides much of the tactical and strategic support. Siad and Faer are frequently called in when combat skills are required. Sine works to both maintain the technology used by the team, as well as any cybernetic enhancements, and also works to improve upon standard issue items. Lastly, Cetpek acts in the capacity of a traditional intelligence agent frequently taking on different cover identities to gather information or identify targets of opportunity.

Tank Crew
|
Akesha Zaassim
|
Roster:
- Akesha Zaassim (Togruta female, Tank Commander)
- Aassanu (Zabrak female, Driver)
- Yem Tradbum (Gungan male, Gunner)
- Pe Virss (Sullustan Male, Loader/Mechanic)
Background/History:
Cobbled together from survivors of various tank crews during the Twelfth Great Jedi War, Broken Arrow has become one of the most distinguished
tank crews in the Collective Armed Forces. Often found leading daring counter-attacks against Clan forces or holding the line to buy time for a tactical withdrawal, Broken Arrow is
greeted with as much adulation as they are anxiety among the still-emotional ranks of the Collective.
Additional Information:
The crew has a particularly light-hearted approach to warfare and often tend to make light of the life-threatening situations they find themselves in. Despite everyone having lost several comrades, both in their units and in others, they remain surprisingly upbeat about the endeavor. This would hint at deep psychological scarring of the individuals, though they have passed every psych-evaluation conducted to them and continue to serve effectively. An alternative interpretation of his behavior is that they find comradely and solace in each other, the shared humor a way of dispelling common fears and concerns shared by each individual member, but defeated as a group. Time after time, they’ve skirted certain death and lived to tell the tale, never once abandoning their comrades and risking life and limb to ensure everyone got back home alive.
Akesha Zaassim takes particular enjoyment in hunting her prey and has a cold, calculative mind that lives and breathes armored warfare. She knows her machine and her crew, their strength and weaknesses, and just how far she can push either before they break. Though she jokes around and never backs down from a challenge, when shots ring out, she
becomes focused and alert, the only thing on her mind being the mission. Aassanu, in typical Zabrak fashion, thinks she is near-on immortal. Having bailed from the
most tanks (and also lost the most comrades), she has developed a degree of superstition about survival and never bolts down her hatch. She is an expert driver and views the world through her periscope much like Akeshafrom the turret, often managing to pilot the tank exactly where the commander intended before the latter said a word. Yem Tradbum has a humor like the rest of the crew, though his is by far the coldest. Even Aassanu falls silent at times when Yem cracks jokes over Clan troop transports blowing up like blooberfish. Though he does not admit it, he is losing sight of his right eye after taking a piece of shrapnel to his brow on his third deployment and the crew respects his wishes and not prying, even when he spends the nights bouncing a ball against the barrack ceiling to teach his surviving eye depth-perception.
Pe Virss is the glue that keeps the team together and has saved the lives of them all more times than any other. Though he doesn’t look like much and his position as loader is
ceremonial at best, his ability to divert power to keep vital systems rolling when needed, maintain their tank in even the most adverse of situations and frankly magical ability to turn field rations into edible food with the waste heat of their reactor core alone are reason enough for the crew to stand his dry and punny engineer’s wit.

Deemed outside the range of physical capabilities to join the army, a.k.a. too old, the group was assigned onto the Skylla sanitation staff.
Additional Information:
Reassignment hasn't diminish this band's drive to fight for the cause. Armed with brooms, chemicals, droids, and witty remarks, the Finers will confront any intruders.

These measures could take two forms: offensive countermeasures, such as lethal toxins that can be easily delivered and utilized in battle; or defensive measures, methods of enhancing the physical or mental defenses of Technocrat forces through chemical, biological, or neurological enhancement. The Mindbreakers also had access to capture Force Using specimens, testing their theories and creations on those imprisoned by the Technocratic Guild.
Additional Information: Within the Technocratic Guild, The Mindbreakers are only known among the top leadership. Daggo Mouk assumed personal responsibility for the issuing of orders and observation of their progress, wishing to keep the organization and their developments in his own hands, a job now taken by the new Guildmaster. The team manages scientific experiments that Mouk himself did not have the time to perform himself.

Fragus “Zero” Mouk
|
Roster:
- Reincarnate v1.1 (Angela)
- Reincarnate v1.7 (Lilith)
- Reincarnate v3.4 (Karmen)
Background/History:
Fragus Mouk, younger brother of Daggo Mouk, followed in his brother’s footsteps in the Technocratic Guild. However, upon dealing with AI-like technology, he suffered an accident that destroyed much of his body. Not wanting to lose his brother, Daggo experimented on Fragus, turning him into “Zero” of the new “Project Zero”. Project Zero would be dedicated to returning fallen soldiers to battle by reanimating them with cybernetics that left them easily directed towards singular goals.
Angela, Lilith, and Karmen were all former members of the Brotherhood, killed in battle and implanted with cybernetics so that they could fight once again, just without any of their former personalities or emotions. They became mindless soldiers capable of fighting like droids with the added perk of organic intuition and processing. They took their orders directly from Fragus, and Fragus alone.

While they don't have numbers they have plenty of skill, and are a highly aggressive group of pilots.
Additional Information:
While not in the same league as the Rose Squadron, this was a backup squadron also built by Emery in one of her few moments of humility to run as a cleanup crew for the Rose Squadron. They exist to pick off those who target Rose Squadron.

Background/History:
Steven was approached by Rath Oligard to lead a propaganda effort in order to secretly recruit powerful members into the cause, leading to the founding of S Squad. Similarly to Oligard, Steven Pin'cero lost family members due to the destruction caused by the Dark Brotherhood. As he assembled his team of sentients from across many of the systems that were controlled by the Clans, it became more evident that propaganda was just as important as brute force.
Additional Information:
Members of S Squad have unwavering loyalty to The Collective, but their vision lies primarily with the Liberation Front. They view the other two Pillars as necessary evils in order to accomplish their mission. Therefore, they focus their primary efforts on recruiting and propaganda designed solely for the use by Rath Oligard and the Liberation Front.
