Xanos Zorrixor, later known as Xanos Sadow and Darth Vexatus, was the son of Jedi Master Xist Zorrixor and a Falleen Dark Side Adept trained by the Prophets of the Dark Side on Dromund Kaas, and, later, a Sith Master and Shadow Hand.
In 7 BBY, Xanos was discovered by Darth Vader after the Dark Lord of the Sith ordered the orbital bombardment of one of Falleen's cities to contain an outbreak of a flesh-eating bacterial agent. Xanos was taken to Dromund Kaas and trained as an Acolyte of the Prophets of the Dark Side, then known as the Secret Order of the Emperor.
Following the fragmentation of the Galactic Empire in 5 ABY, Xanos spent the next ten years searching out the lost knowledge of the former Sith Empires. In 15 ABY he came across the location of the Shadow Academy and joined the Dark Brotherhood.
Character History
Xanos spent the first eight years of his life on Falleen, a little known world in the Mid Rim. Falleen had always chosen to stay out of galactic politics and instead led an isolated existence, the most interest the Empire took was to use it to home of a research facility. Like most Falleen, Xanos grew up to view Falleen, not Coruscant, as the civilised and cultural capital of the galaxy.
