Standardization of Operator Status within #DB

The Standards

- Justicar: 450 Access
- Current Grand Master: 499 Access

- The Justicar may grant special access to the Left Hand of Justice equal to that of a Semi-Dark Council Officer if he so chooses.
Conclusion and Time Line
Within a week of the passing of this proposal, the access levels of #DB shall be redone and standardized to fit within the new model described above. If a member s to receive operator privileges within #DB after the passage of this proposal, they will receive them according to the model above. This proposal should finally eliminate the multiple layers of access in #DB, allowing finally for one standard system that all can follow.
