Tim Falger is a human man and former Imperial soldier. He was first stationed on Nirauan under the service of Grand Admiral Thrawn, where he met and befriended the Chiss Torc'ruum'allus. After Torc'ruum'allus' death during the chaos that ensued after the fall of the Empire, Tim took it upon himself to care for Torc'ruum'allus' wife and young child. Many years later, on the planet Minashee, Tim was killed while fighting the First Order under the command of Moff Luthus Tadrin.
