Duke Kade is a Dark Jedi in Scholae Palatinae, House Imperium. He currently serves House Excidium in Clan Scholae Palatinae. He started training with the Dark Jedi Brotherhood in early 35 ABY. Kade resides on the planet Ulress and has a large amount of hatred for pirates.

Character History

Duke Kade born, 14 ABY on the planet Commenor before at the young age of four was abducted by pirates from his parents (who were later killed by the pirates as they attempted to take back their child) to be taken to the war waged world of Ulress where, thanks to the family's pit droid SKE-316 (known as Sake), he was able to escape from the Pirates who had crashed landed. Sake brought Kade up and eventually, the duo opened their own engineer shop. Eventually, after many years, Kade became acquainted with Alara Deathbane who sensed the Force in the young Chiss. He reluctantly left Ulress with Alara and Sake to be taught in the ways of the Force with Deathbane as his master.

Brotherhood

In mid 35 ABY, Alara Deathbane whilst traveling through the Caperion system past Ulress was able to sense a Force sensitive being on its surface. Always needing more members for the the Brotherhood, Deathbane decided to investigate further; it took a week, but after going through a small army’s worth of crooked crooks and lowlifes, Deathbane whilst enjoying a horrible substance of barely drinkable liquid witnessed a young Chiss magically fend off a gang of mouth breathers in a matter of minutes. He did this by disabling their weapons and having their Assassin droid turn on them. Deathbane followed Kade back to his workshop where she pretended to have her starfighter in need of fixing which then allowed Deathbane to explain to Kade about his abilities as well as the Brotherhood. Kade agreed to become Deathbane’s apprentice only if he could take Sake with him. Alara accepted.

Personal Information

Kade suffers from stuttering, social anxiety as well as depression that for most of his life forced the Chiss to become more acquainted with the droids he fixed than the people he fixed them for.

Physical Appearance

A lanky, vibrant dark blued skinned Chiss with radiant red eyes. He bears no scars but has the initials of his parents on the right side of his skull and written in Cheunh "Death 2 Pirates" etched into his back (both with white ink). Kade also rocks a short yet vibrant red mohawk.

Personality

Despite his many mental disabilities, Duke Kade is incredibly sarcastic, very unsociable, and will always oppose authority even it causes him anxiety. Kade’s pride is something he holds dear to his heart and if in jeopardy will do anything to keep it intact.

Hobbies

Engineering

Weaponry

Duke Kade’s greatest weapon (and flaw) is his mind; with his advanced knowledge of technology, with the right equipment, the Chiss can do anything. The only real weapon Kade carries is an old wrist blaster from a Super Battle Droid.

Trivia Facts

Whilst living on Ulress, Kade, and Sake managed to disable a slave ship setting free thousands of slaves, he never claimed responsibility for it.
