It is at this rank that members may request a custom Double bladed lightsaber, and a Legacy Title. It is the first rank in the Elder class, the first step down the path to Grand Master.
The Deputy Grand Master and Core Councillors have the authority to promote up to this rank.

Upon promotion from this tier of Elder by the Grand Master or his Deputy, you will reach the second of the Elder class ranks: Master or Moff. This difference depends upon your chosen Order.
