Physical Description
As an Umbaran he has pale skin with a purple undertone. His face is gaunt, accentuating dark circles under his eyes and his sharp cheekbones. He has a medium length black hair, wavy, shaggy wolf cut that he keeps stylishly disheveled. He has a metallic prosthetic forearm starting just above the elbow. His attire usually consists of dark business casual clothing.
Due to brawling and close quarters combat, it has left his face marred slightly with a scar off to the left side of the bridge of his nose, and a scar under his left eyebrow.

Early Life {19 - 31 ABY}
Vigo was born by the name Vlatko Valeski, on the planet Umbara. He grew up like any normal child, with two loving parents in a small town. When he was around the age of 7, the family welcomed the arrival of his younger brother. They were a very happy and thriving family.
One day their parents went into town, leaving the boys at home... And they never returned. Their vehicle was found abandoned with no real evidence of what happened to them. The town driven by superstition, exiled the boys, claiming the entire family line was cursed.
The boys were ignored and avoided by the townsfolk. Nobody would talk to them, serve them, or help them. The house was taken back from the city, and as a result the boys lived on the streets. Finding shelter and refuge in abandoned, run down, buildings. Vigo being the older brother became the sole provider for the two. The only time they were acknowledged by the townsfolk was when they were caught stealing. In which the townsfolk would punish Vigo by beating him with belts and sticks.
He quickly learned to get better of sneaking and stealing, but tried to go longer between each trip. The boys became very malnutritioned and emaciated.
A New Beginning {33 - 34 ABY}
One day a traveler came to town. A pretty rare occurrence as the town didn't have much to offer. He stayed at the local inn. Vigo adept in stealth stuck to the shadows, listening to the conversations, and overheard this traveler was going to a planet called "Ga'ia". Vlatko wasn't sure what Ga'ia was, but he was sure he was going to get him and his brother out.
Later that night, the two brothers took the little items they had, and sneaked their way onto his ship. They maneuvered their way to the dark cargo bay, where they huddled in the corner under a shelf, in the dark, on their torn and tattered blanket. In the middle of the night when things seemed quiet, Vigo would sneak out in search for the kitchen. He would take just scraps and edge trimmings, in hopes the traveler wouldn't notice.
After about two days of traveling, the traveler had been trained in noticing the small details, and noticed the small scraps of food going missing. He set a trap, making it seem like he went to sleep, and went super quiet. Watching and listening near the kitchen, he watched, noticing a young, emaciated, child meticulously take small bits of food. The traveler followed Vlatko into the cargo bay, discovering both brothers.
The traveler didn't exactly know what to do with the two young boys, but introduced himself as Abram Zakriov, and got them fitted with clean clothes, food, and temporary beds on the trip to Ga'ia.
Once on Ga'ia, Abram plead the case of the boys to his boss. A lot of convincing was needed, but eventually the boys were allowed into a trial of the organization. The organization was called The Severed Hand. They were trained, and given an education, and training in the Force. The boys were not told any of the inner workings of the organization. To prove the boys were competent. Vlatko was 14, his brother was 7.
The Severed Hand {35 ABY}
Every trial, and exercise the organization threw at the boys, they excelled, adapted, and progressed.
Abram continuously vouched for the boys, claiming The Severed Hand could mold them into perfect soldiers, someone to do their dirty work. The leader of The Severed Hand, Isaak, begrudgingly approved of the boys entrance into the group, but they needed to pass the Rite first.
Rebirth After the Rite
The Severed Hand followed one morbid tradition. Each member had to willingly bisect their dominant arm by their own hand. To prove the loyalty. Severing the arm represents severing the ties from their life before, a form of rebirth. Once done, each member is welcomed into The Family, and officially a member of the Severed Hand. Fitted with a prosthetic right arm, and a series of legal paperwork ready for his new identity, Vlatko chose the name Vigo Zakirov. Taking the last name of Abram, his adopted father. He was no longer Vlatko Valeski.
Vlatko died the moment the rite was completed. Vigo Zakirov arose.
