I made some basic changes to make it more user friendly. I merged sections together so that you don't have tons of tiny ones but rather a few ones that actually have stuff in them. I also took out redundant information, I'll let you deal with the Tal section, but personally the Tal Honors section is pointless. Also, your page needs an intro summary at the very top.
