The Savric Flight Academy is the primary military base on Boral. The moon's defense forces are stationed here, a token force that serves largely to protect the Academy from any enemies. The Flight Academy, named after the first Ace produced by Clan Arcona, Zandro Savric Erinos, serves to educate and condition the pilots of the Arcona Expeditionary Force as well as the Dajorra Defense Force. Every pilot in both the AEF and DDF spent time at the Academy, and many retired pilots now serve as teachers at the Academy.
Layout
The Savric Flight Academy is positioned a few miles outside of the chief colony on Boral, an expansive trapezoidal facility. There is a civilian starport visible on the horizon from the Academy, and is protected by Academy pilots. From the outside, the Academy looks like a prison, as it has very few windows and is a dull gray in color. The eastern and western wings have very high ceilings, as the west is used as a hangar and the east is used for actual flight practice, in a confined area.
Administrative Facility
Attached to the trapezoid, at the northern edge, is a smaller facility for the administration of the Academy and Boral defenses. There, the headmaster of the Academy, Captain Geoffrey Moyer, and his staff oversaw the training of all the pilots, as well as the defense plans for Boral. Captain Moyer had served as Executive Officer of the INT Creeping Darkness, but retired after the Eighth Great Jedi War. His adjutants are all young men, naval officers with little practical experience.
Barracks
The barracks areas are pretty spacious for the amount of soldiers stationed at the Savric Flight Academy, enough to host the 15,000 total troops on Boral, although 5,000 of those are stationed at "The Project". All the barracks are positioned outside the hangar area, in the western wing of the Academy. There are smaller quarters for the commissioned officers of the Brigades, and those are in the west as well.
Storage
There is a separate storage facility, a large building to the east of the Academy. In that facility, the vast amount of vehicles contained there. In storage is also the crucial equipment the division stationed on Boral needs, arms and armor. The Quartermaster is charged with overseeing the efficient storage of the equipment.
Terminal
Being primarily a flight academy, there is a private spaceport exclusively for military use to the west of the Academy. It is relatively small, and cannot host any of the capital ships of the AEF or DDF. However, it is perfect for launching and receiving starfighter corps, as would be expected for a flight academy. There are also a few tranports at the spaceport for routine staff transportation.
