A Zeltron from the planet that never sleeps, Zeltros. Neemo is exceptionally charming and suave; physically he is what dreams are made of. However, on a personal level, he is manipulative, deceptive, and can best be described as a con artist. A Sabacc Grandmaster and a Smuggler with an extremely high price tag, he currently serves Clan Odan-Urr, and not because he aligns himself with the light, but because they're keeping him well paid. With an appetite for the finer things, keeping credits in his vault is of utmost importance, not the moral code of his Jedi employers. Following the ebb and flow of funding, his selfish and narcissistic personality when coupled with his inherent negotiating skills has secured him a seat at the High Councillors Table. They may not agree with his motives but they are in accord out of necessity as he is needed far more than anyone cares to admit.
