According to the CSP archives site, Sabé was QUA after Michael Halcyon and before Mejas Doto. Now for a time frame, that was a little harder to pin down - however, a Logistics Officer's report dated January 11, 2002 listed her as QUA at the time. Mejas became QUA on August 17th, 2002. According to a MAA report dated 9.30.2001, Cuchulain was made QUA - he came right before Halcyon.
