Synergy Technologies Inc.

The Synergy Corporation is a company created in 29 ABY by Tyren Atema, president and Executive Chairman of the Board, with his associate Vorion, the Vice-President and Chairman.

The company operates on the Rimma Trade Route, Hydian Way, the Corellian Trade Spine and the Tapani Sector. The company has expanded it's domain to systems such as Sullust, Sluis Van, Naboo, Corellia, Thyferra, Devaron, and many others.

The Company is lead by the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Chairman of the Board, and the Chairmen of the Board, who are mostly non-Force sensitive businessmen who have no clue as to the identities of the founder and his associates.

About the company

Start of operations (29 ABY – 30 ABY)

Synergy Co. on Corellia

The Company was formed in 29 ABY on the rigid planet Khalim in the mid Rim near the Hydian way and the Sullust system.

The building infrastructure had been under construction by a small pirate fleet that had made its base on the planet. Tyren, accompanied by a small squad of mercenaries, infiltrated the compound and ruined the pirates' operation, taking what they had built. Tyren acquired the mercenaries as his constant military force through manipulation, leaving them on his payroll. Using the mercenaries he enslaved the local tribes of natives to create his work force and bought 400 slaves from the Hutt Empire, making a total of 2800 workers to dig the mines around the compound.

Through various assassinations, bounties, thievery, and manipulation of the crashing system, Tyren and Vorion acquired enough money to rebuild the damaged compound and buy machines for the operation: various digging machines and refining equipment, and the overall administrative operating systems.

They employed 1600 workers for construction and engineers and around 1000 military personnel.

Expansion of business (31 ABY)

Having made an extremely profitable business alliance with Naruba Investments in the prior year, the company moved "up-the-ladder" and expanded it's operations to the sectors of Leisure, Entertainment and the field of scientific discovery. As of 31 ABY the companies headquarters transferred to Corellia.

Having expanded their business, the chairmen decided it was time to gather more and more people. More than a thousand workers were redirected into the Leisure and Entertainment branch to work in various hotels, bars, clubs and a modified Assassin-class corvette outfitted for 200 passengers and 80 crew. 800 workers were redirected to the science branch.

Employing around 1300 personnel, the Construction branch of Synergy inc. conducts its business with governments of various planets and systems. Lead by the Chairman of Construction.

Mining

Employing around 2800 personnel, the Mining branch of Synergy inc. is the main body for mining and refining material for construction. Lead by the Chairman of Mining.

Transport

Lead by the Chairman of Transport. Employing around 100 personnel, the Transport branch of Synergy inc. is the main body for transport of refined material to buyers or construction sites.
