Rem Bachtan was a Dlarit Navy Lieutenant serving as captain of the Vibre-class Assault Cruiser Turmoil.
Biography
Rem Bachtan was the son of Senator Chelo from Gerrard V, a Core World. After the Senate was dissolved his father decided to start a family on Coruscant and that it where he was raised. The Empire was ran off of Coruscant before he had a chance to get involved with it, but the Dlarit Corporation had set up an office to further busieness interests in late 18 ABY. It was here that the young man was recruited. He started out in the heavy assault squadron designated Cerberus, an Assualt Gunboat unit. Over time he worked up to the position of commander and was soon rewarded with an appointment to the command position of Captain of a Vibre-class corvette. In 28 ABY following the events of the Orian Invasion he was given command of the Turmoil.
