The Orian System Security Act or Executive Order 28-021 is an edict enacted by the Viceroy of the Dlarit Corporation, Astronicus Aurelius Sadow, for the purposes of strengthening security provisions within the Orian system and for the creation of the Dlarit Special Operations Group.
