Uniforms and Etiquette
Syndicate members are expected to give a formal salute to any all superiors upon entry. Members of the Syndicate (especially those in the Underworld Operations Division) are also forbidden to engage in romantic relationships in order to protect their identity as they are often undercover for their assignments. Members follow strict protocols which are punishable by detainment or death (in extreme cases) if disobeyed.
Weaponry
The Nekros Syndicate generally utilizes blaster rifles, pistols, and various heavy weapons. They also employ various explosives and other forms of ordinance. They also use melee weapons in situations. Force users obviously employ their traditional lightsabers. and the Honor Guards carry Double-bladed Swords
Infrastructure
The Nekros Syndicate consists of a single sect and two sub-sects; Necromantic Studies with Underworld Ops and Special Ops under it.
All members of the Syndicate contribute in some way to the Necromantic Studies sect. Whether as an Acolyte of Nekros learning directly under the Grand Nekrosage and the Supreme Commander, of as an Necromantic initiate learning the fundamentals of Necromancy.
Outside of their duties to the Necromantic Studies, members are allowed to choose to serve in one of the two sub-sects. Those who select to serve in Underworld Ops function as a pipeline to the criminal underworld of the Yridia system. and those who select Special Ops become covert operatives swaying the events of the galaxy to the goals of the Supreme Commander.
Command Structure
The Nekros Syndicate is structured in a simple tiered system. The Supreme Commander stands above all, beneath them is the two members of the Inner Circle; the Grand Nekrosage and the Kingpin. Beneath these three is the First Acolyte of Nekros, someone noted as the most gifted student of the Syndicate. The First Acolyte serves as the immediate superior of the Acolytes of Nekros; those who have shown that they have completed their initial training and thus can begin to serve the Syndicate fully. And finally at the bottom of the Nekros Syndicate stand the eighteen Initiates. These initiates are organized into three groups of six; Necromantic, Underworld, and Special Ops, denoting their desired area of service.

Special Units
Pyramid Guards
File:Pyramid Guard.pngThe standard uniform of the Pyramid Guards.The Pyramid Guards are a sub-unit of the Special Operations Division situated on Yridia III to serve as the Syndicate's garrison at The Pyramid, led by Elder (TBA). The Pyramid Guards are primarily tasked with maintaining order inside of the subterranean base. But they are no slouches in combat and can easily defend the base.
Honor Guard

The Honor Guard is comprised of current and past members of the Grand Master's Royal Guard, led by Elder (TBA).
Raven Squad
Raven Squad is an elite squad of mercenaries and special operators under the direct control of Supreme Commander Night-Thorn.
