Rendered from solid shanks of hollinium, Crescents are cast symbolically in the shape of the Dark Star eclipsing the Brotherhood home-world of Antei. Each Crescent is studded with ancient jewels from the uncovered stores of the warlord Okemi. One to seven jewels, ranging from quartz to diamond, are displayed along the Crescent’s edge dependent upon the jewel’s value. It is believed these jewels still echo with the dark power of Okemi. Those Dark Jedi most active within the Brotherhood possess quite a collection of these awards

Awarded for: Achieving a first, second or third place ranking in any official, non-Vendetta event. Crescents are organized into levels - the lower the level of the competition-type, the higher the crescent. If a competition less than three participants, the level of the competition will automatically be changed to the next lower valued set of crescents. In the case of 5th level crescents the top award would be Topaz followed by Quartz.
