The clan known as Aquillas was dissolved in 14 ABY. It was ultimately chosen due to its low numbers. Members were asked to join other clans or go Rogue.

At the time of its demise, it held the following structure:

CON: Danrik

PCON: Syn Kaek

Clan Name

Following the dissolution of the Clan, many of its former members adopted the surname Aquillarium to remind them and the rest of the Brotherhood of what had happened to the Clan. Contrary to popular belief, this name was not originally awarded to particularly active members of the defunct Clan but was simply taken by those wishing to express a sentimental tie to the old institution. Oftentimes the name was used to rally for a revival of the Clan though nothing was to ever come of this.

Trivia

  • The symbol of Aquillas was an eagle because "aquillas" means "eagle" in Latin.
