Guardian is the sixth rank in the Dark Brotherhood, which is awarded after completing the requirements of a Protector.

It is part of the Journeyman class, the sixth step down the path to Dark Jedi Knight.

The Requirements to be promoted past this rank are as follows:

Guardian to Jedi Hunter

   * Six weeks at Guardian required
   * Logon to IRC and visit your Clan channel
   * Register on the Dark Brotherhood forums 

Complete five of the following:

   * Participate in ten total competitions
   * Take a Shadow Academy leadership exam
   * Minimum five pages of character fiction to be approved by your House leadership or Master
   **(Note:)This can, and ideally should, be built off of your previous two page work
   * Two Antei Combat Centre matches
   * Place in a competition
   * Earn 25 (total) Clusters of Fire
   * Earn a merit medal
   * Create a competition and run it with the assistance of your leadership 

Completion of the above requirements will earn a promotion to Jedi Hunter.
