CoJ Cases

DB vs Tissaya was the fifteenth case tried by the Chamber of Justice, and the second case with Tissaya as the defendant (see: 012 DB vs. Tissaya). The sitting Justicar was Kir Taldrya Katarn, the Left Hand of Justice was Raken, and the Right Hand of Justice was Dacien "BubbaX" Victae.

Case Summary

While auditing all of the courses in the Shadow Academy, an auditor discovered that several parts of the "Dark Jedi Meditation" course had been copied from other sources. This information was passed onto the Headmaster, who forwarded it to the Justicar. The Justicar initiated an investigation and discovered that more than half the course was taken from other sources which were not credited by the author. The Chamber of Justice determined that she should be charged with plagiarism, and a trial was initiated. The defendant did not respond to the charge notifications or requests to plea, and she was found guilty in a Trial by Justicar.
