The Verrijzenis is a Ton-Falk class Escort Carrier operated by House Archanis. As the first ship of the newly reopened House, it currently serves as the House's command ship.
History
The ship that became known as Verrijzenis was constructed during the time of the Galactic Empire, and served as part of the Imperial Navy. At this time, Archanis have no information as to exactly what the ship was called or where it served.
In 37 ABY, the ship had fallen under the control of Kigu Shi, who was running a spice operation until Kookimarissia Mimosa-Inahj, along with her husband and his Aedile, Aldaric, killed Shi and liberated his workers.
Trivia
The name Verrijzenis is the Dutch word for resurrection, and was chosen by Kookimarissia Mimosa-Inahj as a prize for winning a House fiction competition.
