Arpat Akaan is a group of Mandalorian mercenaries operating out of the Jusadih System. Made up of outcasts, exiles, deserters, and refugees of many different Clans, the Mandalorians of Arpat Akaan hold to a Clan-like system of organization but are very much an independent organization. Working as guns for hire to the highest bidder, the Mandalorians of this Seed of War operate by a strict code of Blood, Coin, and Illusion. They are frequently associated with the Grardella Syndicate, but will operate alongside or against many other units if paid properly, and have occasionally clashed with the forces of Plagueis and the Jusadih Military Regime.

Garm Bessek
- Main Article: Garm Bessek
A warrior to the core and a mercenary at heart, Garm Bessek has been offered membership within Arpat Akaan hundreds of times - to this day, he refuses to become a part of the group. However, he still works closely with Akaan on many jobs and assignments and has even been known to operate as an alor'ad of certain groups. However, with a freelance lifestyle and a true loyalty to himself and no other, Garm feels that he can never truly be ner'vod with these Mandalorians - he would have to obey the alor, and that is something he cannot do.
Kormus Vacarr
- Main Article: Kormus Vacarr
One of the youngest members of Arpat Akaan, Kormus Vacarr was taken in as a boy by the Mandalorians after he stowed away on a ship and ended up in the Jusadih System. Clad in gray beskar'gam with black trim, he is known to be a fierce warrior despite his young age and is never afraid of a fight. He devotes himself to the Resol'nare, to his fighting skill, and to a vendetta against Kal Vorrac and any Dark Jedi in league with him. No one knows what the Sith did to offend the young Mandalorian, but one thing is clear - only the spilling of blood will ever sate his thirst for vengeance.

- Arpat Akaan was created as a unit to be used in Plagueian fiction and storyline events.
- Though some members of the Seed of War have clashed against Plagueians before, they are far too insular to share and have no knowledge of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood or its workings.
- From time to time, Rogue Plagueians with Mandalorian leanings have been seen to work alongside Arpat Akaan, if only temporarily.
- While Garm Bessek is technically part of Arpat Akaan, he is in no way a full-time leader and rarely commands anyone - most of his work is as a freelance merc and bounty hunter.
- Arpat Akaan is in no way affiliated with, or even aware of, Ge'tal Gaan.
