My Story

Childhood

Xerxes was born into a loving family on Cardia 2,000 BBY. He loved his family more than life itself and together they would frequent the swoop races held there. Xerxes' siter Aleeya and Xerxes at night would sneak back to the swoop track and watch the stars exchanging stories of how they would one day fly away and become the greates swoop racers ever. His Father was a trainer at the academy and was a hard but fair man. As a child Xerxes always dreamed of entering the Academy and becoming like his Father. Thus the first fourteen years of his life passed blissfully.

The Academy

The fateful day came upon Xerxes fourteenth birthday. He was to be enrolled in the Cardia Academy. Xerxes was so excited he barely touched the wonderful cake his mother had made for him. That night Xerxes packed up his belongings and said goodbye to his family. His Father told Xerxes that he would see him from time to time but that he would not see his mother or Aleeya for at least a year.
