Character History
Early Life
Finn spent all of his early life upon Selen, hailing from the most impoverished city on the planet. Korda was his home for the first eighteen years of his life.
Living within this environment gave him very few prospects beyond labour fields, however, he was diligent with his schooling and was successful in obtaining a scholarship to further education.
He holds no ties to his family, having them both mother and father perish in pursuit of funding his schooling. By law he was deemed mature enough to fend for his own needs at the age of fifteen. Managing to hold down a part time job whilst completing his studies within the city. It was a difficult exsistance, one that has shaped him into the person he is today.
Adulthood
The scholarship he obtained led him to Celeste. Though it was an opportunity to him it left a bitter aftertaste, the juxtaposition of lifestyle within the city was comical to him. He could see brazen waste of potential and resources wherever he looked.
Finn had little option in choice for study, the scholarship aimed and funded to obtain the best and brightest for Arcona. After completing his assessment he was assigned his topic based on skills and personality traits which eventually led him to the AGV Nighthawk.
Operation: Sojourn
Finn was not on active duty for Operation: Sojourn, at the time he was undergoing his final assessments to join the crew of the Nighthawk.
His role upon the vessel was observational with elements of practical work to ensure he had not wasted resources and time. It also ensured that when he was ready he could begin his role without delay.
It was not until this particular operation had concluded that he finished to the rigorous standards that were expected of him. He excelled quickly through willpower alone and it has often made his coworkers view him as antisocial and stubborn.
