Choice of word
Regarding this edit, are you sure you wanted the word rein over the word reign?
Rein being the leather straps used to control a horse (or more generically "any means of control") and reign being "a period during which something or somebody is dominant or powerful."
Given those definitions the two words would change the meaning as such:
- "Originally created by Headmaster Kaiann, the system of degrees was expanded upon under the reins of Headmasters following."
- ―Dark Side Degrees
- The system was expanded "under" the HM's "means of controls."
- "Originally created by Headmaster Kaiann, the system of degrees was expanded upon under the reigns of Headmasters following."
- ―Dark Side Degrees
- The system was expanded during the time an HM "reigned" over the SA, or yhe time while the HM was dominant or had "sovereignty" over the SA.
