Vynar Industries is a catch-all corporation, starting out with armor technology and moving into droid manufacturing and experimental tech. In reality, Vynar is the newest Shadow Company for the Tana Consortium and is run by Talos Vyranius d'Tana, CEO. However, only the workers with top-level clearance know of this true affiliation and most don't care, as long as it gets them a cred-check every week. Security is provided by Maurier Security Services, which is run by another d'Tana, Du Maurier. The expectations for Vynar are set high, but a good portion of the Consortium has faith that their newest company will not fail.

Reformation

With the so-called Reformation for the Consortium, the need for shadow companies became prevalent. The long-standing Prefect Arms remained and Vynar was opened in 30 ABY along with O.D.A.C, Maurier Security and others. Vynar was given to Talos, the newest member of the Family and is the only company that does not have a clear cut specialty.

Top Secret Clearance

The Top-Secret Clearance is given only to the CEO, VEO, Head Designers, and Security Chiefs. This Clearance grants access to all projects and areas within the Tana Building and those who hold the Clearance are usually friends of Talos and not every-day employees.
