History

Stationed on the planet of Antenora, the Acclivis Draco Regiment is one of two outposts of Scholae Palatinae. Established during the rule of Emperor Braecen Kaeth, the Regiment is under the strict command and supervision of the current Acclivis Draco Quaestor - a military backing to enforce the Emperor's control on the planets surrounding the main post upon the surface of Judecca.

These units can mobilize and react to any uprisings or conflicts within the immediate area of Antenora. Easily deployable from their position, the Amethyst Fortress, these advanced soldiers generally are roused into action when House Acclivis Draco, a sub-faction of Clan Scholae Palatinae, is on the march. These soldiers are not employed to police the general populace, but often maintain a sense of Imperial pride and rigidity.

Ilya is a male Vultan with a very troubled history. He had been found on a doorstep after his home had burned to the ground, killing his mother, father, and four siblings. Only years later, would he and his adoptive parents find out who was responsible for the murder - for that is exactly what it was. Evidence pointed toward the Republic being the sole blame for this horrible massacre, and Ilya vowed revenge. To do that, he enlisted and trained as hard as he could in all forms of weapons, hand-to-hand combat, and marksmanship. His hard work and dedication earned him officer's bars, and the rank of Lieutenant General. Now, he awaits the time he can exact his revenge on those who murdered his family. But, as in all things, patience is key.

High Colonel Rore Dumon

An elderly Duros with stereotypical dark blue skin, Rore Dumon fought in the Clone Wars against the Separatists, then joined the Rebel Alliance soon after the Galactic Empire was born. Before the fall of the Empire, he participated in many front-line battles at the head of his squad. When the New Republic was created, he and his squad deserted, wandering the galaxy as freelance mercenaries with Dumon in command. Many years later, he was contracted by House Acclivis Draco to conduct a daring raid on a New Republic outpost on Kwenn. When Dumon returned with the mission accomplished, the House recruited him into the Kraken Regiment command. In the many battles he has directed since, the High Colonel has gained the trust and respect of his men. The officers under Dumon's command follow his orders unquestioningly, aware of his expertise both in the battle field and in the leader's seat.

Sergeant Major Vestaal has SMS - Small Man's Syndrome. Due to his height he was picked at the whole way through the Academy and put it upon himself to prove everyone wrong, and push himself to the very limit. He has done this and reached the Rank of Sergeant by the time he was 18, and Staff Sergeant when he was 24 - a record through any of CSP's ranks. While even-handed in his treatment of his subordinates he has a fiery temper that leaves him liable to explode. It is rumored that once during a rescue mission the Princess he was supposed to be saving commented that he was a little short for a Stormtrooper. He shot her in the face.

Master Sergeant Jamba Norian

Master Sergeant Norian is one of the tallest members of Kraken Regiment, standing at an intimidating 6' 8". Specializing in fierce hand-to-hand combat styles that have little-to-no finesse, Jamba easily caught Scholae Palatinae's attention at a fighting tournament on Corellia. Jamba has both the skill and the strength to charge right into battles, and his determination and figure inspire his fellow soldiers and allow them to become killing machines on the field. When paired with Kevn Vesthaal, the two make an odd couple, but work surprisingly well together, despite their obvious physical differences.
