Character Sheet

Physical Description

Tall as any Muun, Dorn Pottso’s most obvious unique trait amidst his species is the sort of pot belly that comes with excessive wealth. High, rounded features on his elongated face make for a long jaw and squinty, yellow eyes, just bright enough to stand out from his ghostly pale skin. Although his lanky body is in relatively decent health, he favors his right leg, as the bones of his left shin and ankle are somewhat degraded.

Weapons Loadout

  • 1x Monlitzer S-195 Blaster Pistol

General Aspects

Weapons Enthusiast

Nothing is as lovely as the feel of a finely crafted rifle grip, nor the sheen of a freshly polished barrel blowing a dummy’s head from its shoulders. Dorn may not be a killer by trade - he’s too important to be getting his hands dirty with real blood, if he can help it - but he certainly loves the tools that make warfare go ‘round. From the finest of projectile launchers to the primal instruments of bloody melee combat, Dorn has an obsessive appreciation of anything with lethal potential.

Shady Dealings

In traditional Muun fashion, Dorn is always true to his word, down to the letter, though not necessarily the spirit. As a businessman dealing in dangerous tools, he articulates every deal and contract to be as discreetly beneficial to himself as he can manage. Unsurprisingly, his manner of business isn’t ideal for the prettier side of the galaxy, and many of his customers and fellow businessmen are the sort who wouldn’t thrive there either. At least he’s in good company - relatively speaking.

Personality Aspects

Money Buys Happiness

If there’s any common piece of advice the galaxy has wrong, it’s that you can’t buy happiness. Dorn, with his fine clothes, lavish personal amenities, expensive educational background, and successful business (for now), would beg to differ. Besides, he’s been poor before, and it was the worst thing that ever happened to him. It’s not like there’s anything free in life that actually does bring people joy.

I Get Knocked Down

Dorn doesn’t like to admit it, but he’s spiraled to the bottom of the ladder before, and he can tell you from experience that it’s not pretty. Between business ventures gone completely south, excessively dangerous dissatisfied customers, and a lot of legally questionable decisions, Dorn is fairly accustomed to cutting losses when all else fails. He’s always ready for the next comeback, though, and it’ll definitely be bigger and better.

Combat Aspects

Your Sacrifice Will Be Honored

Danger? Here?! But Dorn is too wealthy to die! No no, someone else will have to take the fall for him. He is in no way above leveraging his underlings to save his own neck, or depending on circumstances, his bank account. In a life-or-death situation - or perhaps a rich-or-poor situation - Dorn will always volunteer someone else to be a sacrifice before letting himself go down.

Pott Shots

Okay, fine, Dorn will take a stand if it truly comes down to just himself. But he won’t be nice about it. In fact, only the cheapest of tactics will do. Whatever makes it easier for him to get out in one piece with his wallet intact is obviously the best move to make, be it in true combat or just navigating the economic landscape. His own best advice: Stay true to any word you give. Beyond that, honor is for chumps.
