Role

Tormentor, like most Warrior-class gunships in the Eighth Fleet, was used in a skirmisher and first-strike role during fleet engagements. Her powerful array of concussion missile tubes and turbolasers made her ideal for closing with enemy formations, unleashing a salvo of missiles, and then tactically withdrawing to hyperspace. Tormentor was part of Task Force 63's Forsaken Strike Group which operated in concert with the Gauntlet Strike Group as the Eighth's primary naval battle force.
