Kaldex Transport Inc is the name of a front organization set up by Clan Naga Sadow in 18 ABY. During the secession from the Imperial Remnant funds were laundered into Kaldex's accounts and used to place an order for the construction of a new defense force. The fleet was completed in 28 ABY.
