| In Real life, I am a DSL / VoIP technician. I used to be a helpdesk employee, but moved up since then. Now, I write manuals for that helpdesk, test new equipment, and I have a seat in a regular meeting between different parts of the DSL business, and figure out where service-wide errors originate, followed by pushing those responsible into action. Stressful at times, sometimes a lot of commuting, but the job is worth it. When you manage to fix something that has been dragging on for some time, you know why you keep doing it.
